Big business and mental well-being can coexist

Far from being a hidden expense of private enterprise, mental illness presents a money-making opportunity. Entrepreneurs should capitalize on it!
So look, I’ve told you before that I’m an evil capitalist. I’m all for open markets. I’m for big money. And hell, I don’t think there is even any shame in a corporation turning a profit by supporting charities or other philanthropic initiatives.
I have issues when they exploit such programs, which is completely different. The solution to our problems in this world don’t need to hurt, for heavens sake! There are things we can do that are profitable while conducive to raising the general state of wellness for everyone.
In this piece, I’m going to show how prioritizing the psychological stability of your subordinates has the identical effect upon your bottom line as an executive. Let’s talk about it.
