I’m a proponent of the Law of Attraction (LOA). I’m an advocate, not because I endorse blind faith…I don’t!

New Aged Goofballs

The Law of Attraction is frequently dismissed because it is confused with a religious rejection of science. And there are overtures in blockbuster-hit films promoting the philosophy I adamantly disagree with (ie. The Secret, What The Bleep Do We Know?, etc.). So, try to keep an open mind before you reject me as some glassy-eyed mystic or new aged goofball; we all know that type!

My presentation of LOA, however, is evidence-based and empirical. Riddled throughout this community, you will hear about how essential visualization, gratitude, cognitive reframing, meditation, journaling and so many other practices are to manifesting what you want in life.

All of these things I’ve listed are a version of what’s called mental rehearsal.

Not Just Psychological Hacks

But the science runs even deeper than this. I maintain that they are not just psychological hacks. They are written into biology itself as a function of long-term memory; and it’s even evident in extremely simple organisms…
